  1. Laura, please make a reel of "Chickens", (their official name) running all over the place! They're so cute!! We would definitely watch that and Benjamin could film it !

  2. Your clean out videos are always some of my favourites. It so satisfying.
I was wondering if you have dreamed up anything for by the willow/hebie statue??
Can’t wait to see what you do to the empty spaces around the house, after watching the south garden come together.
    I’ve been watching since the
    beginning, love the journey ❤

  3. Hi Laura, I love your channel and watching the chickens running towards you is hysterical!!!! All animals are so great for our mental and physical health. God’s creatures ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🐓

  4. It seems like the loop with the green grass has its own micro climate
being protected by all of the lovely plantings on both sides 🤔

  5. @gardenanswer So I just finished watching Matt and Jesse, what a magical video they gave us today. It was so nice of Matt to mention you Laura, it's so funny lots of us follow each other. It really is a small world. I am dreaming of you guys doing some kind of collaboration, a visit, something.. that would be a dream for me lol..

  6. Over the holidays with some extra time, I’ve been watching old GA videos. I’ve been struck over & over about all the dramatic changes to your gardens – from the new properties & all the beautiful plants & trees to the original garden with the gazebo, the little pond, the tall pine trees, etc. I miss the sections of iron fence you had here & there – hope to see them return one day. Also wondering about the winged angel – is she still around? Anyway it’s all beautiful – both before and after.

  7. Hello from Latvia. As my garden are covered with snow and we are in -20C than is nice to see some one elses garden looking so nice and spring like. Love to see the garden maintnance and all the cut back as is one of my favorite jobs in the spring. Can not wait for spring clean out. And for as in Latvia to get pansys and violas looking good for spring containars we need to start them in end of August, they will grow for month or two and then we leave them in cold frames and they will be blooming around March, April.

  8. All 3 daughters best memory from their childhood is going out with butter dishes & catching fish from our farm pond when it over flowed .

  9. Anyone else want to bet on how long before there isn't a Winter Gem boxwood left on the property?
I say, end of summer 2027. It will be all switched over to the Independence variety.

  10. Hi Laura! Thank you so much for your content, I learned a huge amount from all your videos, they are my daily treat! 🥰
Question: Did you consider to bind your grasses – at least the taller ones and only those in astheticly important places? This would keep them upright in the cold season and it makes it a bit easier to cut and clean them up in the spring. Just an idea!

  11. When Laura mentioned having a summer food meal in the winter it reminded me that in the darkest part of winter I’d let me kids roast wieners in our indoor fireplace and I’d serve with potato salad, baked beans and popsicles for dessert. Such a fun memory which my kids still bring up.

  12. I ADORE THOSE CHICKENS!! They are so social and seem to truly enjoy being around you. I'm sure they have figured out you might help them find some new treats in the soil, but they are just precious. Even the Cats find you! I love lambs ears, especially the big ears, but you're right, they can get a bit slimy if left out in the (extra) weather. Sending Blessings from Western Washington State! 💛🖤💛 Stacy

  13. If it ain’t the chickens come a runnin’ it’s the “fish come a runnin’” (I mean come a floatin’)
Oh! Got my calendar today thank you so much! I can’t stop staring at January’s roses.

  14. I love your shrub/debris rake, every time I see you use it I want to order one. I found a similar one, but none with a wooden handle. Will you ever sell these on your online store? If not, could you share the brand info please? Love everything you share, 5 years in so far. You’ve inspired me so much over the years. My garden has quadrupled at least, as I’ve added beds and containers each year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful family, gardens, and expertise with us.

  15. That pop up bag has definitely seen better days. 😂 thank you for all guys do to motivate me in learning more about gardening. It’s become a true love of mine.

  16. Hello Laura and Aaron! Very much love the show! I live in a state where burns are not permeated. I suppose that is common in your area. Will you be filming the burn for the show? I've never seen that and would find that very interesting,

  17. Your chickens love you. They are funny looking when they run. Great clean up. Little by little it does get done. That fire to get rid of the tumbleweeds and grasses is going to be fun. Be careful. Have a great supper 😁👍❤️⭐️👏🤞😻🐾🐓
