  1. Thank you for saying that. Most seed companies have that information on their website. I been saying it for years and nobody thinks I am right. Example starting peppers 3 months early when in reality days is from transplant so 70 days is 70 days.

    I prefer to start based on weeks before on actual seed pack vs way early because people on Facebook say to.

    Also most people don't understand that almost all market growers use water wheel transplanters pulled by tractor to transplant plants into ground and the transplanter can only use cell tray plugs vs 2ft tall tomato plants. Bigger transplant equals bigger transplant shock

  2. that is why the solo cup method is so important but don't forget to have a small fan turned on a bit each day to get your tomatoes ready to go outside and help with germination . Lemon Ice dwarf is my tomato pick for tomato of the year
