Will be reporting him in 90% perlite 10% cactus and succulent soil. Only thing I am a bit confused about is watering. They seem to be a bit more finicky than my other succulents from what I read. How to tell if he needs water?

When splitting dont water and not after blooming either,
They will consume their leaves and grow another set- so prepare for major shrinkage from those fert pumped nursery plants👍
