So the plan really keeps changing, this is my first vivarium….so basically everything has been sanded just enough to remove the shine, its going to be coated in pond liner, then caulked with aquarium safe stuff, we're going to have a thicker plywood backing painted then also caulked onto the back… then for this horribly dreadful bottom im at a little bit of a loss for… so the glass we have is tempered so it cannot be cut. For my pocket and the needs of my frogs, im just going to have an ugly really high substrate glass front… so for the bottom I want to get rid of the edges that could hold water so I will be tilting the whole cabinet lol and pouting a 2part epoxy resin bottom. Have no fear its non toxic and will only go about 2-3 inches high. If youve made it this far into my book feel free to put you input in on this so far. (Half of my clan just bc they cute💚 )

Something that im undecided on- ventilation.
Another redditter mentioned making a bit on the backing at the top for ventilation. But where, how, and if I should, I haven’t decided. HOWEVER I do know for a fact I will have at least 2 air purifiers/de humidifiers in the tank at the bottom I currently have 1 in my 67 gal tank 18x24x36
