Addy Platt finished as one of three double figure scorers for Gill St. Bernard’s, ranked No. 12 in the NJ.com Top 20, with a team-high 15 points to lead the way in her team’s 49-42 win against Hudson Catholic in the Garden State New Year’s Ball at Weequahic High School in Newark.
Melina Miller was close behind Platt with a 14-point performance and Nadia Mikalainis tacked on 12 more points for Gill St. Bernard’s (5-3).
Kharington Schwindt recorded 15 points and five rebounds while Susan Gentile notched 13 points, four assists and three steals to lead the latter two categories for Hudson Catholic (4-3).
