I cut the nursery pot open with scissors because I couldn't pull the plant out. And my first thought was just stick it in a new pot with the old soil. But then I grabbed my chopstick. I hope she doesn't react badly to all the poking. Not to mention when I removed the mess screen on the bottom a bunch of roots tore off. I think I should stop using those screens. Any suggestions for something different to keep soil from falling through the holes?

don’t use soil. use a chunky aroid mix. problem solved.

only thing you’ll have to deal w/ is snipping the rogue roots off the outside bottom when/if you repot next so they don’t catch on the holes when pulling it out 🙂
