Is packing foam safe for use? Planning on using some bits of this to create depth in the background
Title, essentially— it comes from the Exo Terra Frogs and Co Dart Frog terrarium (18x18x18 inches). The species will be firebelly toads and then once I move them to their permanent setup, reed frogs or clown tree frog pair.
I would not use this personally. This is the type of Styrofoam that mealworms and superworms will eat. Even if it does hold up, I’d be concerned of the build up of microplastics that your pet may get from consuming whatever munches on it.
