I have a few haworthia that have run into this problem: flowers forming and not going anywhere. The one pictured had three buds start but never “lift off” away from the plant and bloom. I have seen this on other specimen of mine as well. Am I under fertilizing? They get plenty and plenty of light that’s for sure.

Mine seem to need watering to trigger them to send up the spike. I am still pretty new to these, but it seems to work.
