That is a purpurea. Hard to tell if it’s purpurea purpurea or venosa they look very similar except venosa has a velvet feel to it’s traps and purpurea has a waxy feeling.

Venosa lines up with your description. There’s a slight chance its that its a rosea/venosa var burkii if it has a particularly thick lip and makes pink flowers in the spring. There’s also some nursery mass produced inter-variety purpurea hybrids that are a bit strange like a rosea x venosa.
