I see begonias just living theirs life in normal house conditions and thriving. Two terrariums next to each other. One is thriving. The other I can’t keep anything alive no matter what I do. Is it the soil of the plants in the second terrarium? It seems pretty packed and I heard you should use chunky soil. But how do I get the plants out of the current soil without killing them as the roots are so delicate. Thanks. Any advise is appreciated.

You could look up a video on repotting begonias. As far as my experience, it’s just like any other plant, the roots will always be traumatized somewhat in the process and the plant might struggle a bit after. But those new roots should come in fast in a comfy terrarium.
