I abandoned this plant and forgot about it. Thought it was dead. So you’re telling me there’s a chance?

    Where there’s green there’s hope🙂.

What is the soil? It looks too organic and like the other plants are rotting.

Do 50% inorganic material (perlite is cheap and easy) and 50% soil. Don’t trust succulent bagged soil from a store.

I love the way its tiny roots are trying to reach the soil!

Alternatively: “Long live the king 😈”

Only if you’re really over it one day lol

Now THAT is AWESOME!!! Definitely a keeper! And so many, many things we can ponder in observing this one sweet, simple little survivor of a plant. ❤️

For me, I cherish these moments, I’ve been blessed with a few of these plants myself at various times…I truly do treasure the abundant lessons and reminders that have come with them, and still do, when I pause and take time to notice, and reflect on such a perfect picture of resilience, and provision in a humble little package…and how my heart grows in appreciating the things that truly matter, and to realize how so much of the fuss just doesn’t really matter ultimately, and how awesome God is. I love noticing how amazingly creation is coordinated, how beautiful life is, and that it can persist and flourish, even through harsh environments and neglect…what a gift we’ve been given!

Just look at him just hanging in there, sayin Yoohoo….Hi there! I’m still here! Good to see ya! 😊 This is the Good stuff. Grateful you shared this.
