I’ve been treating multiple plants for thrips since October. I’ve used captain Jack’s Deadbug, insecticidal soap & systemic insecticide granules but I’m still seeing evidence of thrips. So I’ve decided to shake things up and use sulfur to try & throw them off their game. Should I clean the leaves off first before applying the sulfur? Any other advice or tips?

You could mix 1 tablespoon of this sulfer with 32oz. water and spray things down. I would give them a good shower first and then soak them with the sulfur spray after the shower. Be carful not to do this in high temps though.
Not sulfur related.. and I haven’t personally tried this (yet) but I found this really interesting and the OP said they had 100% success doing this. Prob wouldn’t be great for a succulent, but most tropicals would likely be fine so long as the soil isn’t wet before bagging:

Ive used this! I wiped all my leaves down, then used a big makeup brush to dust ot on the plant and soil, also brushing it on the backs.
