Hello All,

Bought a new remodel and it has 40-50 6-7 foot ficus nitidas against the wall for privacy in an elevated section.

They seem to be turning yellow and does have some for them with browning, cracking, falling leaves.

They have probably been in the ground since August/September if I had to guess.

Morning temps here are in the 50s. Watering schedule previously was 5 min a day, which based on my reading was not enough water. But the leaves don’t seem droopy. More upright if anything but can’t seem to spot a trend yet of if they are turning more yellow or not.

Water is coming out of the black 1/4 inch lines with no heads attached.

Any help appreciated on what to do.

New leaves are yellow so I don’t think it’s nitrogen. Could be a micro nutrient or maybe a soil issue or temperature. Has it been particularly cold? (From Australia and know nothing about AZ climate)
