You can try a warm epsom salt bath to relax her body if she is eggbound. I have had success with this. Also there are massages you can do, but those can be risky. If the egg breaks inside the hen, you very well may need to cull her.

Personally I’ve only seen egg binding in ducks not chickens so grain of salt here, but that’s what it looks like to me. If so, try to catch her and soak her lower half in a warm epsom salt bath for 30 min or so. She might pass the egg in the bath, and she might not but it should help move things around. Often they’re able to pass them on their own, but if not it’s fatal so the bath is a good idea
