I got this thing probably 5+ years ago. It is very leggy now but I chopped it off at one point and put the heads in the soil and they grew again! I don't know what it is exactly but I like the look of it a lot. It's weird because it's in a south facing window with all the other plants and the succulents seem to just want MORE light. They get leggy and ugly 🙁 I should probably consider a grow light.
Anyone else with that issue? Full sun but not enough for their liking?

Looks like you’ve got an aeonium. Those things are leggy by design.
