I had a couple of new leafs come out recently and they were looking good, I then went away on holiday and they’re now these white(ish) areas on the new leafs. Is this indicative of a problem with the plant? It got watered slightly less than normal over the last 3 weeks while I was away (once every week and a half as opposed to about once a week that I was doing before leaving). It gets around 12 h of light from a Barrina grow light each day.

This is very interesting. It almost looks burned but the pattern is odd with it being so deep into the center. Is it traveling up the veins or is that just the photo? Did you recently feed it?
Strange. Do you think you can try to take a better photo? Also perhaps a photo of the whole plant?
