This setup on my desk is 4 months old (August). Both nepenthes have pitchered a few times since then.
The bulb is a daylight spectrum, 2200 lumen GE Ultra Bright on a timer.

My indoors set up for winter is similar but with brighter broad spectrum closer to the plants. Plants spend the summer outdoors (except Nepenthes), zone 8-9.
