We’ve been gardening for 30 years now. But back when we were brand new gardeners in our mid 20’s, we made a few gardening mistakes. And now that we are a little older and hopefully wiser, I want to help you avoid our top 3 gardening mistakes.
1. Plant only the crops you know your family is going to like and eat.
2. Start small to avoid overwhelm
3. Learn the difference between cool and warm-season crops
With these 3 mistakes out of your way, you will be well on the way to a beautiful and productive garden this coming season!

Also take notes! Record the weather and how the plants are doing. Insect issues? Watering? Heat? Not every year is like the last.
It is really difficult gardening from TX to MN. Previously I was in TN. The weather is extreme here. I hv rosemary sprouts & my snake plant inside now. Good luck to all the gardeners 🌱🌱
I made the mistake of going too big too soon when I had my first garden as an adult. It was the same summer we graduated college, got married, bought the house, all while I was starting my first career.
Planting things we didn't eat or too much of what we do eat.
Awesome
