Here is my 4 year old Fiddle Leaf, Dr. Fiddlestein, who has (mostly) thrived on neglect. New leaves often times have these little brown spots but he’s been at it for years and I just let him vibe.
I don’t understand him, so I keep a distance and offer my respect.

The red/brown spots on the new leaves are from edema which is usually caused by inconstant watering. Best to water deeply and then don’t water again until the top layer of soil is fairly dry. But the plant looks healthy so it’s not a big deal and probably nothing to worry about. They almost always go away as the leaf gets bigger.
You should consider pulling it out of the corner so that it’s right in front of that window. Then consider opening the blinds. These plants LOVE as much light as they can get.
