Hi, interessantes Thema, ich würde sie gar nicht schneiden, es sei denn, der obere Zweig ist trocken. Crossposte das doch Mitte mal nach r/Adenias, vielleicht gibt es da einen Spezialsten? 🙏
Usually it’s better to wait to cut stuff right now until early spring, right before the plant wakes up.

I would leave it alone now, very little light and water until actively waking up in the spring. Once it leafs out and you KNOW it’s awake again, a healthy trim where you please is fine. I’m not as familiar with these but I’d imagine it will produce branching, I like to go lower personally. I Also like to raise the caudex sometimes.. but I would NOT do both of these at once.
