The Newport Creamery restaurant at Garden City Center in Cranston will close its doors for good Sunday.
The restaurant has been a staple of Garden City for more than 60 years.
Owners WS Development decided not to renew Newport Creamery’s lease.
Construction is planned for the site, but it hasn’t been revealed what will take the restaurant’s place.
