This is my tea Rose begonia. I don’t know what’s wrong with it. I was told it was too cold for it even indoors so I moved it away from a cold window, but it’s still doing the same thing. I stopped giving it water because I thought maybe it was too much. Could it be a lack of light?

It looks like a bad case of powdery mildew
I second the powdery mildew diagnosis.
~Treatment Options~
Baking Soda Spray: 1 tbsp baking soda + ½ tsp liquid soap + 1 gallon water (spray tops/bottoms).
Neem Oil: Prevents spore germination.
Potassium Bicarbonate: Kills spores and changes leaf pH.
Fungicides: Sulfur-based or DMI fungicides for severe cases; always follow label directions.
Also, Favorable Conditions:
•High relative humidity, but not necessarily wet leaves (rain can hinder it).
•Cool days with humid nights.
•Poor air circulation.
•Excess nitrogen fertilizer.
So make conditions as UNfavorable as possible.
•Improve Airflow by spacing plants, prune, and/or use fans for indoor plants.
•Water in the morning so leaves dry quickly.
• Remove and destroy infected leaves; don’t compost them.
