  1. 8b … I use this and also have the bottom half of my greenhouse lined with insulated mylar bubble wrap. I have a small heater on a temp controller to keep the unit above 40 — has been working well enough for the last 7 years. I’m actually surprised how good it still looks.

    There is good and bad info on polycarbonate (PCSS) in this article, regardless of where you are in the country go with 8mm, it’s the industry standard. 6mm was developed when there was a resin shortage and now rarely used and hard to find. Most manufacturers are making for commercial structures, and if you use a name brand like Amerilux you won’t go wrong
