I know it’s not funny to you. Just imagining raccoons taking a bath in there bathing makes me laugh. A short story. We live in the country. We had an obese raccoon a few years back with a bad attitude that would throw my pot plants off my porch railing & steps. He didn’t care if we came outside to run him off. He never got aggressive. He just didn’t like the pot plants (lol). Eventually he stopped coming up to the house but he’s still on the property. Raccoons can be a pain in the buttocks! Cute but destructive!
You could have a good side business selling plants at the end of the drive way.

Condolences to you and Gary for your loss. The garden is looking great for end of season! Yes, love blanket flower too! We call them fire wheels in Texas. They grow in the cracks of concrete, even in the arid parts of Texas. They grow in blazing triple digit heat with stressful drought conditions; however, in the more wet areas of Texas, they grow nicely too. The most common factor is full sun, all day, every day. They tend to disappear in the winter and come back in blazing glory after the bluebonnets have waned from heat.
I was able to successfully grow turmeric and ginger this year. I have tried so many times. Your videos help a lot.

It took me a while because I was concerned about the plastic, and this and that, but you have convinced me especially as I get older, that it is so much easier, no weeds, no bending, and it’s just so much fun to watch everything grow.
