Hi! I got a succulent about two months ago, with no experience lol but I quickly learned and researched about different things and I just gotta say I am very happy about the growth!! (First pic is from September and recent two are from yesterday)
Also, just looking for general advice based on picture. Is the growth looking normal? Anything out of the ordinary? Thank you!

Looks amazing, the new growth which appears to be compact shows that its getting good light.
Look at those little babies! My general advice would be don’t over water. Lower leaf crinkling is normal. I wait to water until I have both dry soil and some crinkling. Im no plant expert but it looks happy with your care, though. 🙌🏻
It’s looking great!! Definitely a big noticeable improvement. The new growth looks very compact and nice, I’m jealous of the little babies! None of my echeverias have done that yet :/ but the feeling of seeing the impact you have on a plant like that is addictive.. be careful 😂
