Hi all. I have this single node variegated billietiae. Unfortunately, the first 2 new leaves off the growth point that formed after potting it up seem to have no green on them (2nd leaf not unfurled yet but all visible parts of the new leaf are pale).

My question is, what's the best thing to do here? Should I cut all of the new growth off where it forms from the original node? or am I cooked?

I would leave them. My understanding is the plant is still getting energy from the donor leaf, that will change at some point. When that does, the plant will start putting chlorophyll back into the leaves out of necessity. Until then try pulling it away from its light source, try to force the change. If it’s a single node cutting, you don’t seem to have a choice but to sit and see but I think you will be okay waiting.
