This second concept plan features a custom putting green, layered viewing and seating areas, green spaces and a fire pit for gathering and entertaining. Gabion retaining walls, large moss boulders and chopped stone are incorporated for bed borders, retainers and erosion control while improving grades, elevations, and overall drainage integrity—ensuring water moves naturally through the property. The plan will soon be completed with Texas native and adaptive native plants to create a low-maintenance, eco-friendly landscape that supports local wildlife and thrives in the natural environment.
