A West Norfolk manufacturer is closing out 2025 with several major milestones to its name, from a return to attending shows across the UK to the launch of a standout new product.
This year, Narford-based Crane Garden Buildings returned to major agricultural and garden shows, including the Royal Norfolk Show, for the first time since before the pandemic, meeting hundreds of visitors across summer and autumn.
Peter Mortin, Crane’s business development manager who attended each of the eight shows, was pleased with the number of customer interactions.
Crane Garden Buildings is looking back on a successful year
The year also saw the launch of The Cube, Crane’s new garden building “designed for modern living”.
Adding to the momentum was the launch of Crane’s first ‘shed of the season’ competition. The initiative invited buyers from across the UK to share photos of how they use their garden buildings, from creative studios to home gyms and peaceful hideaways.
Russell Atkinson, CEO of Crane Garden Buildings, said: “This year has shown the strength of the Crane brand and the community around it.
“Meeting customers at shows again reminded us how much these buildings become part of people’s daily lives, often in ways far beyond the uses we originally envisioned.
“The launch of The RHS Cube, our award win and the success of the shed of the season competition all demonstrate that our focus on quality, design and long-term value is paying long-term dividends.
“We are excited for what lies ahead in 2026.”
