succulents are addictive

hello everyone 🤩, im a new succulent enthusiast and i love them sm. i started with a single haworthia i got weeks ago, and now my astrophytum just arrived today and it's sooo cute 🩷. so my questions are :

1 – will my echeveria go back to circular/round shape again? i removed the bottom leaves because the courier is so careless in delivering my parcel so i had to trim it.

2 – what does it mean when some of the tips of my haworthia leaves are turning yellow or drying?

3 – how do i propagate echeverias and astrophytums?

4 – do they look healthy 😩?
