I’m guessing they’re so hard to manage the stock of they just wanted them gone? 🤣 Somehow got them home undamaged in a 2014 gmc 1500 truck bed. LOL.
I got 2, and am going back today to see if there’s any left because holy crap this looks cool in the living room!
Besides the brag any care tips? I have plenty of other alocasia but uhh, none are doing exceptionally well. One of this same species has survived a year but the leaves of the main trunk have reduced in size due to spider mite pest pressure(but it’s smaller corms have grown bigger)
I have a lot of natural light coming in this room, but is it enough? Should I add a grow light for some extra energy for them? I’ll probably repot it with my preferred aroid soil mix(perlite, orchid bark, worm castings, mix of indoor/outdoor soil mix, maybe a bit of coco coir)
Should I try pon OR leca for one of these bad boys as an experiment?
yap all your advice at me please 🙏🏼

They were so tangled up and badly managed it was really sad to see 🙁 I couldn’t even get them apart to look at them all. I didn’t want to spend the delicate time and effort to place them all out so I could observe them ;-;
