Kalanchoe. You could snip off the long leggy parts and stick them in the dirt to make it fuller; or prop in a different pot. I have a hard time getting mine to re bloom especially inside on the winter.

Give it a prune and let it have 12 hours of uninterrupted dark at night to make it rebloom the same as poinsettia.

Don’t prune this Kalenchoe. Is it new to you? It looks like it has been around for years, like a generational plant passed on from parent to child. Regardless, try establishing a routine for your plant. Fertilizer, watering and sunlight will make your Kalenchoe bloom again.
You can force it to bloom, like many plants, for out of season holiday sales and big bucks. (I don’t force plants, it kills them in the end. That’s just me.)
Controlling the length of time in darkness will trick your plant into bloom mode. With 12 hours of darkness per day for up to 3 months, your Kalenchoe will produce buds. You cannot interrupt the dark cycle. Just peeking with a flashlight will negate your efforts. Be patient. Choose your location carefully where you won’t accidentally interrupt your experiment. Most importantly, have fun.

*Kalanchoe blossfeldiana* cv. If you want it to bloom again, it needs a period mimicking dormancy if you live somewhere that doesn’t get much darker as seasons change.
