Tips appreciated!

So, I've had this peace lily since February this year. It sits in my laundry room since I have cats and that's the one room they show absolutely no interest in 🤣 but with the way the windows set, I wonder if it has enough sunlight, especially with the browning of the leaves (that's been a persistent issue since February). Windows face NW/N. I have an African violet that stays in my room with the grow light I have, but it requires 8 hours of pretty direct lighting to stay happy. From everything I've gathered, my peace lily shouldn't need that much or it will burn. Does this look healthy and should I get a separate grow light ? Also any tips on how to propogate bc this thing has gotten huge 😭🤣
