I’m planning to do CIELO with some of these after letting them grow for another year. The problem is they’re quite thin at the bottom and some of them need the support net. Should I just let them grow for another year with the net or cut and replant now and do CIELO with the leftovers? They’re getting around 800-900 ppfd and seem to be happy with the current environment.

I would cut this beautys and replant. With the next generation you can safe the plants and the old ones are for Cielo.

Those look etiolated. I’m not sure they are getting the light they need (or at least didn’t for most of their lives, they are looking slightly better at the tip).

Led Light is only effective for 12”anymore distance from bulb is a waste.

I have plants that look kinda like these because I started them indoors and moved them outside for the summer and the back inside due to the climate I live in. I did the “lean tek” where I tilted the cactus over and propped it up with some stakes to encourage pupping. I got 4 pups out of one and 6 pups out of the other. I harvested the main columns and will repot the puppet plants into their own pots next season.

They look great. Cut a few and leave a few or don’t. They are growing in the tent and happy. More fertilizer won’t hurt. You could raise the lower plants towards the light.

Looking pretty good! You could lower your lights a bit to encourage some thicker growth. I usually find where my more sensitive ones start to yellow a slight bit and back it up a bit from there and then as they grow I move my light up a bit at a time. If you leave things as they are they will grow thicker as they get closer to the light. If they start to show light stress you can chop and let them pup in tgat optimal light zone. Just my perspective , I hope your plants grow massive! 😁
