    No, it won’t. This one, considering the size of the rest of the plant, is probably safe to be left as it is, but if ze plant produces any more white ones you should cut any extra ones off. (they leech plant’s energy and resources and don’t provide any back due to lack of chlorophyll)

    My alocasia had a baby. The baby’s first leaf was all white so there was no photogenesis. I watched the baby died slowly.
