Aloha everyone.

I assume the clouds and heavy rain has lead to this but I came to the corner of the yard to notice a lot of white mites under the leaves with a brown taking over the lower leaves. I went on some cutting spree to free up airflow and remove some of gunk.

Sunlight usually in this spot is 6 hours minimum.

The flies seem to be attracted to the leaves with this being the first time I have seen this before.

Anyone alittle smarter here to give pointers? None of the other plants or garden is affected but this variety.

Mahalo
