I have had this plant for a few years now and I feel like I need to repot as the stems are crazy. Does anyone know of a good way to fix it? Or should I take one of the plants and place in its own pot? Or is it okay to grow like this? I see a lot of them growing straight up and mine is all over.

You should consider chopping it! This would allow you to have them grow straight as fresh cuttings!

If a plant is growing at a good 😌 pace and is healthy, it’s good. Your looks like it is happy. If you are repotting anyways, sounds like it is time, once you get everything separated you can decide then where to go. Sometimes it’s overwhelming to decide before. I had 6 in one pot. 4 went to their own new pots and I left two together for aesthetics. Your plant looks healthy, just wonky, character. I hope you post what you end up doing. Good luck!

What direction is your window? Some leaves look like they are searching for more light. If it is is a more north facing window (northern hemisphere)  I recommend a supplemental grow light
