Is this plant salvageable? I water it once every 3 weeks and it near a bright north facing window. It is still in the Trader Joe’s starter pot with regular soil.
Might be a humidity issue. Inspect the pot if it is wet or dry can indicate over/underwatering. But alocasias and their friends prefer humidity and get shocked when they go from steamy to dry air.

This is extremely low light exposure. This needs to be right in a window. Almost no plant would thrive in this low light location. So sorry! 💚
edit: also, they need a quick wet dry cycle. Photosynthesis is a process that uses water, so plants in brighter light dry the pot more quickly. This is optimal for root health. This should be drying the pot on a weekly basis when it’s receiving sufficient light exposure, just for reference, not as an exact period of time.

they look light-starved. don’t toss it even if it loses all of its leaves; it can still bounce back with some love 🙂
