Had this english ivy that was thriving while being watered every few days (when the soil got dry), but my plant sitter started only watering it once a week for the past two weeks and now it’s apparently looked like this since Monday (that’s when they noticed at least). I got mixed answers on google whether I should soak it completely or avoid over-watering/compensating. Really hoping I can save it. Any advice, please?

Big drink and then go back to normal schedule.
High humidity until recovered
Check for spidermites this is usually what mine looked like when they got them.
