I need a little help or guidance, recently I've noticed these white stains in the middle, should I worry? I assume it is just water stains, as I got her around 2 weeks ago from garden store, but want to be sure. Sorry for the silly question, I'm completely new to plant care.
I would also like to ask whether it needs to be repotted? From reading the beginner guides soil should be gritty, but also it is not recommended to repot them during winter times.
I put this beauty near to the window (15-19 degrees) under the grow light, and noticed that the red edges become more vibrant and the middle also started to color the edges than when I got her. Is it possible that white stains are from cold or sunburn from the lamp?
Any tips or advice would be appreciated!

yes. looks like mealy bugs
What is that first one? Reminds me of a Dionysus I have but bigger
It’s kind of hard to tell but to it just looks like hard water spots and normal farina “dust” that I see accumulating in the rosette.
I don’t think this looks like mealy bugs but keep a close eye on it just in case.
Looks like just hard water stains
Looks fine to me
