Hi! I found this beauty at Home Depot for just $30! Super stoked! This is my very first Monstera. I am fairly new to plant keeping. I have a few questions for you experienced Monstera owners.
*Does she need repotted? She’s in a 10 inch pot with drainage.
*What potting soil do you recommend?
*Should I “steak” her up already and give her some support, or let her grow a little bigger?
*Is it ok to mist the soil with neem oil spray to keep pests away?
*How often do you water?
*Is my grow light too close?

congrats, is the grow light supplementing natural light, no need to use neem oil unless pests are present
