I'm fairly certain the one on the left is dead and the other is halfway there🥲

What’s happened to them? Did they get too cold? If not, they’re just dry. Soak them in water (preferably RO water) for an hour, then shake them dry and put them onto tissue paper in a warm and bright place. Also they should have such a place all the time. Either soak them once every 7-10 days or spray them 1-2 times per day (NOT after dark if the RH is high and the temps low where you are based).

I think they may have started to rot because they were wet for too long, airplants should be dry well within 4 hours after watering. The right one may be savable. Prune away all affected leaves and wait at least 24 hours before watering again so the wounds can safely scar over.
