I bought this secondhand aquarium for free. It weighs 200-300 kg and has extremely thick glass. I first iwanted to place it in my room on the third floor but it’s too heavy to lift up the stairs. I was thinking of disassembling it and then reassembling it in my room. Would that be possible with silicone and things like that. It’s 220 cm x 70 cm x 70 cm. I want to make a palladium or aquarium out of it when it’s finished.

First thing to consider is if your floor can hold that kind of weight (concrete, wood ?).
Rebuilding a tank isn’t overly hard but still a fair bit of effort (I do quite enjoy it though).
In addition obviously a good opportunity to inspect every pane and replace damaged ones.
Damn I would not put that on the third floor of a house, unless the floor is reinforced somehow. It weighs that much EMPTY, imagine how heavy it will be once it’s built. I’m not an engineer so I wouldn’t take the chance of it breaking the floor because I don’t even know how to do the math to make sure it would be structurally sound
