    It looks like the plant has a lot of rot. You could try, but I would be inclined to consider it a goner.

    Those look severely rotten was thus perchance shipped to you because rn its quite frankly too cold to ship most plants.

    I got a root rotted peperomia and managed to prop a few from the leaves themselves. Didn’t think it would work but it did. The variegation didn’t stay obviously but it’s always worth a shot.
