After going through quite a number of the cheap(ish) float valves from Amazon for my self filling buckets I’m officially sick of them not working after a few months and draining my reservoir 🤣

I have filtered water so there isn’t any particulate getting stuck and the temperature never gets below 6°C so they never freeze, just poorly manufactured I’m guessing.

Does anyone have a suggestions for an improved supplier or type?

Use the brass and stainless ones from Amazon. They have replaceable seat gaskets and will last decades. Yes, they are way more expensive but quality costs and is worth it. I have even used the Mueller Industries 109-814 with the complete unit out of the tanks via rod and float.
