I’m new to begonias and bought one online. I paid extra for a heat pack to protect it during shipping. It took a week to arrive, and when it did the leaves were in terrible shape. I sent the seller pictures and he responded that as long as the roots were ok it would bounce back. I think the roots are ok, but I don’t think any of the leaves are viable. Should I cut it back? Any advice appreciated.

  1. HicoCOFox-

Leave it alone as much as possible
Put it in a nice sunny spot with indirect light and it should come back
Let it dry between watering so check it’s water level before watering

In the future, I wouldn’t mess with Begonia roots. They hate it on a good day! There’s still hope but it is in shock so it might take a bit to bounce back.
