Hello
I thought these may be spider mites but I’ve been treating once a week with Neem oil for three weeks and nothing has changed (pictures 1 – 4). Plant is fairly healthy but it has been getting the occasional yellow leaves and there’s some minor imperfections (pictures 5-6). The last picture is the overall plant which was pretty perfect up until a few months ago. Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

When I try nothing my problems always get worse too.
Spider mites would be leaving webs everywhere after awhile.
