This is my monstera when I caught the plant mom bug. At this point I had it for years, it had rampaging thrips infestation, it was in the wrong soil, I would water it either too mich or too little. When I made it my hyperfocus, I read all about what monstera actually needs, bought proper soil, went to repot it. Half of rootball was so rotten it smelled like corpse and it would burst when touched. I still remember that creepy feeling, like bursting maggots, blergh.

Nine months later, this is what is looking put of my window 😊 The latest leaf fully opened this week, it loves her bigger pot and moss pole 😊 soon it will need her own room 😅
