

Buyer beware! I ordered a cutting and a pack of seeds for the Black Friday sale, I placed my order November 28th. It is now December 20th and my emails are being ignored. It’s been 4 days since I requested a refund to no avail and 10 days since Shannon’s last response. Don’t bother with this seller, there’s much better out there in the cacti community!

I eventually received my order, but he is a slow responder yes.
I hope it works out for you. TBH, cactus sellers work at their own pace. They almost always take their sweet time and ship whenever they finally get around to it. It’s pretty standard for them to be bad communicators, but in my experience they always eventually send them.
I’m waiting on some seeds from him. I ordered on Black Friday too.
I was really looking forward to planting them too. Turned 43 today and it would’ve helped with the crippling despair.
He got me as well. I’m having the same experience.
I wouldn’t assume bad intentions. He definitely should have communicated better, but hes been in the community a long time and probably got swamped with holiday stuff.
Give them a little more time to follow through. This happens sometimes. Some of my favorite vendors have been slow to make things right but they always have.

I also ordered some seeds on black friday. I didn’t get a purchase confirmation, but the shipping details came just this week. He offered 50% off and posted about a bunch of seeds. He certainly got slammed with orders. Patience is my advice.

I don’t smell scam here, I smell getting bombed with orders, I’d give it some time.
I ordered seeds as well, but he did respond saying what an undertaking it is to separate and package and label so many orders. Just take a moment and imagine how much work and time could potentially go into just 1 person’s order. Multiply that by however people made orders, and you have a massive amount of work.
I knew him when he started, always overpriced but nice enough guy, kinda disorganized. Could be incompetance, but yea there are better sellers out there
Hey man. Life happens. People lose their phones, family emergencies, run ins with the law. I’d give it some time.
I mean, it is December, so probably a lot of orders, busy with personal life and all mail is gonna be delayed, but I understand with the lack of communication and such
U/BrainFried01 I posted earlier about this too and he got back to me. Orders will be delivered. Sometimes all it does take is some patience and reaching out to inquire. I got a message from him here on Reddit DM’s apologizing about the delay and gave valid reasons for his absence. Let’s give some grace and spread some Holiday cheer. 🌵🎄☃️
I emailed them on Dec 12. They explained they got hammered with black friday orders. Tracking number was created that same day. Still not sent. Hopeful we all just need to be patient?
I also ordered black Friday and havent gotten my order but I am not worried. Hes a legit seller and has been for years. Ive ordered from him numerous times with no issues ever.
When I ordered from misplant I had my seeds in 10 days. That’s mail-order with cash from CT to CA. So yeah I was expecting this online order to be a little quicker.
Hey I’m sorry for the lack of reply to emails! I’ve finished putting all the seed orders together today actually and everyone will be getting tracking within the next day as all the labels are made. I broke my laptop just before black Friday and it took till this week for my new one to arrive. I’ve also been dealing with a lot of family stuff including a death in the family that has kept me from getting all my orders out at a proper speed. If you would prefer a refund I will absolutely refund you seeds. I’m sorry for the wait and lack of communication I didn’t have my work email logged into my phone which is what I’ve been using to handle all of the orders since my computer was broken which has also slowed me down on top of having to count each seed order individually. Again I’m sorry for the delays. I’ll private message you as well to see if there is anything else I can do to improve your experience purchasing from me. I really appreciate the support and am sorry for the lack of communication.
