Thank you Gary. Great information as usual 🙂. Truthfully I am more weary about gardening for the upcoming season because after loosing ALL of my squash plants d/t vine borers, when i was at the end of the season i started seeing tunnel mounds in one of my raised beds and have determined that I now have either moles or voles😖…and with a knee replacement needed, don't know how i will put the 1/4" hardware cloth under my beds🙁. I guess I will need to elicit the help of someone if i want to continue but thanks for the helpful info🙂
My shelving is a weird size (34 in long) because of the space it needs to sit in my sunroom. The only shop light I found that has adjustable height, long cord and 2.8 feet long has 3000 lumens and 4000 kelvin. I'm continuing to look, but am kind of stumped on this part

Been doing this for three years using two LED lights per 18-inch wide shelf. You don't need expensive grow lights unless you plan on growing plants beyond the seedling stage. Light requirements change for mature plants, especially if fruit production is a goal.
