    Gorgeous

For anyone wondering how you could create a similar garden:

(bit late now but you might see some for sale) buy some allium bulbs (mix it up for some extra interest, eg. schubertii & christophii for a unique flower shape, purple sensation for a more classic allium, sphaerocephalon for a later flowering allium, or even chives for a mixed use border.)

for most garden types I would use hardy geraniums for a ground cover as they are usually the most adaptable and grow well in a wide range of situations. Some of my favourites for this would be: rozanne or sanguineum for a native option. What is pictured is dianthus i think. Alchemilla mollis would also be quite a nice ground cover, it has nice green/yellow flowers and is very easy to grow.

Echinaceas and Rudbeckias would also look nice in a similar setting, provided the area you have is well draining and sunny.

As for the Wisteria, if you have the space and a pergola I would go for one however they are a higher maintenance climber. They should ideally be pruned twice a year and can cause some damage to roofs/guttering if left unchecked. You could go for a climbing/rambling rose in a smaller garden, jasmine, or honeysuckle if you’re in a more shaded area.

Gardens are never static…this is a great pic of a garden in it’s prime within a season. Give it a few weeks and it would look different again.

That winding path makes it feel inviting instead of formal. It’s the kind of layout that makes you want to step in and explore rather than just admire from a distance.
